Named so after the great Mughal King, Alamgir, is a man of no less personality. Though he has a receding hairline and the lines on his forehead tell a tale of a life spent in working hard.
Born in a village with no access to school, Alamgir spent his childhood in the village under the mentorship of the local priest at the village mosque who imbibed in his the good values that he carries and demonstrates today.
Life has taught him a lot and today he is engaged in making jewellery using multi colored acrylic beads. He is ably assisted by his wife and together they are able to meet both the ends together
“I was fortunate that the Maulvi Sahab, took me under his mentorship and gave me the good value of life. I pray 5 times a day and work hard to make a living. I love beads and work with them to create colourful necklaces, bracelets and earrings. ”
